This attractive villa on the Vinkeveense Plassen immediately gives you the feeling that you are on holiday. Enjoy the peace and quiet in the hammock, stretch out on your bed on the landscaped beach in the garden or go out with the kayak or one of the SUP boards. The roof terrace and veranda are perfectly south-facing. Herbs and various fruits come fresh from our own garden. Nice and important to know: There are also 2 cozy cats who only need to prepare food every day.

Notes

There are 2 cozy cats living in/around the house for which food must be prepared daily. The cats are outside a lot and will not be a nuisance. They don't have to go in at night either. Only food has to be prepared. In dry weather, the plants also like water, a watering can is available. There is a small aquarium in the living room with fish that want something to eat every day. Instructions and power supply is provided. After booking you will receive a personal online guide from us. Neighbourhood

The villa is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood in Vinkeveen with beautiful detached houses on the water. The place is easy to reach by car or taxi, but not by public transport. Within walking distance there are a beach club and a coffee house. The Vinkeveense Plassen is a beautiful area to explore by boat or bicycle. Water and greenery go hand in hand here. The vast polder and nature reserve Botshol are just a stone's throw away. There are several beautiful walking, cycling and sailing routes in the area. The house is located in the World Heritage Dutch Water Lines. Along the River Gein from Abcoude you cycle through an age-old Dutch landscape where Mondriaan painted many works. The house is not accessible by public transport. A car or a Taxi/Uber is necessary.
